Do you want to use the Zoom application, but do not have access on the camera? When it says that the camera cannot be located, we are talking about the integrated computer camera or an external camera.

To access your camera in Apps or Browser. From there, Find the "camera access for this device is on" make sure it turns on. On the left pane, Find the camera of what application you want to enable.

What else can I do? Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:. Make sure that other programs or applications that use the webcam are completely closed or not in use. The webcam might be associated with another software program or not responding. Often, simply restarting the computer can correct the problem.
Restart the computer, and then open your webcam software as soon as Windows finishes loading. If your webcam is working, a preview of your webcam is displayed. You can also choose a different webcam, if available. Some software applications might require updated drivers for your webcam to display video or they might need a more basic driver. Use the following steps to change the driver for your webcam:.
If a Let's identify your product to get started page displays, click Laptop or Desktop. Type the model name for your computer in the Or, enter your serial number field, and then click Submit.
